Legs

I have got legs. I have got long legs. I have got strong legs.

I can run for six kilometres on my legs. I have won races on my legs. I go for a run up big rocky hills on my legs, early in the morning, and in the afternoon I go outside and play on my legs.

At the end of my legs are my feet. They are rather large feet, just like a hobbit's. I have got a pair of hobbit socks. Duncan made them for me for Christmas.

Babies have short legs.

Giraffes have long legs.

Spiders have lots of hairy legs.

Emus have tall legs.

This bird has yellow legs.

Kittens have fluffy legs.

Tables and chairs have legs too.

Legs are very useful. I love my legs. What would I do without them?

         

Horses

We've got heaps of plastic horses. They are very real looking. Sophie and I love playing with them. We play wild horses and racing horses. We only have one horse that looks like a race horse. Sophie and I call her Mirror.

We can't remember half of the names of the horses, or even if they all had names. I have named some of my horses. Last year I got two foals and I called them Pixie and Archibald.

 I also have a cart horse. He doesn't have a name. He is grey.

I even have two tiny horses and a slightly older one which I called Katy. She is brown and white.

One of my  tiny horses doesn't have a name. The other horse is called Phoebe. She is a bit like Katy. 

We sometimes put the horses into families. We have some plastic tigers and a cheetah and they make a game even better

   

This is me on my 8th birthday. Duncan gave me a unicorn which is almost a horse. 

Babies

I love babies. I was a fat baby, always crying and sitting on people. I would sit in Duncan's arms while he walked me up and down trying to make me sleep.

When I did fall asleep it would be day time and on somebody's lap. When it was night time I started to cry so Mum had to wake up and comfort me. I am the baby of family so I don't know what it is like having a baby brother or sister.

One of my friends has loads of younger sisters. I got to hold her baby brother. It was rather like holding a baby doll except this one wriggled. I don't think he liked me.

I think it is good to be the youngest because if I had a baby brother or sister they would grow up and I wouldn't be able to carry them. I think having a baby sister or brother would be hard work. I think I must have been hard work.
